Attorney Biography
William M. Hammill II is a partner at Driver, McAfee, Hawthorne & Diebenow. He focuses his practice on corporate law (including mergers and acquisitions), business, contracts, venture capital and securities law. He represents clients in business acquisitions, dispositions and mergers, as well as providing ongoing counseling regarding business formation, corporate governance, contract law and ancillary legal issues. He also counsels clients in obtaining capital through private placements, venture capital investments and other financing transactions. He also serves as DMHD vice president of operations.
Mr. Hammill received a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the Florida State University and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he was a member of the Florida Coastal Law Review.
