Attorney Biography
In her real estate-focused practice, Tiffany Love serves as a legal advisor to various residential and professional community associations across the state of Florida. With a primary concentration on civil litigation, she guides her clients in matters involving real property, condominium associations, homeowner associations, real estate disputes, foreclosures, insurance disputes, deed restriction enforcement, contract disputes, bankruptcy, and collections.
Tiffany assists association officers, directors, and property managers with corporate operations, including litigation, mediation, and transactions. She also assists clients with issues related to arbitration, statutory compliance, turnover matters, construction defects, and transactional matters, including the drafting of contracts, covenant amendments, revitalizations, and preservations.
Tiffany is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Middle District of Florida. She remains engaged in and maintains leadership roles in the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Association for Women Lawyers, and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers as well as the Florida Bar, where she serves on diversity and inclusion committees and is active in community outreach.
Ms. Love is a member of the Florida Bar, Middle District of Florida, Hillsborough County Bar Association, American Inns of Court, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, and the Hillsborough Association of Women Lawyers, where she serves on the scholarship committee. Additionally, Ms. Love currently serves as a member of The Producers Board, which provides essential support for the artistic and educational programs at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, through networking and social events. As a Producers Board member, Ms. Love served as a committee chair for the Best of Tampa Bay fundraising benefit for the Straz Center.
