Patent Attorney Stephen Bullock has represented the world’s most elite scientists, physicists and engineer inventors from organizations such as NASA and the U.S Air Force as well as from an array of businesses and individuals in the private sector. Utilizing modern law practices, Mr. Bullock services clients based throughout the United States and internationally.
Stephen Bullock's practice includes representation in computer software, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and civil engineering as well as a broad spectrum of other technology areas.
Mr. Bullock graduated magna cum laude in computer science and holds another degree in business. Additionally, his trial and litigation background has facilitated his success in overcoming the recent trend of US Patent Office rejections in computer software patent applications under 35 U.S.C. 101.
Mr. Bullock's practice includes prosecuting patent applications in front of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as well as litigating patent infringement lawsuits, performing patent searches and infringement opinions, drafting licensing agreements, and counseling clients on trademark and copyright matters.
