Vollrath Probate Mistake

Fails to return calls, fails to answer pertinent questions, fails to respond to emails. I have asked multiple questions that have not been answered and I am under the impression that she doesn't know the answers. I have also received correspondence with the wrong names on it. A disaster. Hiring a lawyer is supposed to alleviate stress, but it has actually caused me stress. 99% of communication that I have managed to have is through her paralegal, who has been out of the office regularly since I foolishly hired her.
