Scott D. Sheftall is a Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with 44 years experience. He has tried cases throughout Florida and in other states in both state and federal courts. Scott limits his practice to the representation of plaintiffs for whom he has recovered over $1 million in thirty different practice areas. He specializes in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, professional liability, as well as in serious defamation suits.
