Criminal Defense

Poor representation/ unprofessionalism

I hired Richasrd Kuritz to represent my 1 1/2 ago and to this day he has yet to go visit my son in jail. Also, With the balance 90% fully paid upfront, after several requests I have never met him and have only spoken to him twice. He does not return phone calls or keep promises. We have asks for several things for him to look into regarding our case and nothing has been done. He is never available and leaves it up to whoever the answering service person is to cover for him. I do not recommend him for reoresentation. After research we found he has been previously suspended from the Florida Bar Association. I made a mistake hiring him.
