Attorney Biography
I have been practicing State and Federal criminal defense work since 1987 and have represented hundreds of clients from their initial appearance to arraignment to trial.
I handle all of my cases myself.
I don’t ask paralegals or secretaries to do the “heavy lifting” and I don’t pay other lawyers to show up in court on my behalf. I’ll take your calls and give your case my personal attention.
I’ve been a member of the Florida Bar since 1987 and have practiced criminal defense law since that time. I graduated from the University of Miami in 1980 and from Nova Southeastern University School of Law in 1986. I’m admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida (1986), the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (2003), and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida (2005).
I’m presently a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
