Tom graduated from Chamberlain High School in Tampa, and the University of Florida, graduating with high honors in Mathematics. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University Law School. Tom is board certified by the Florida Bar in appellate practice. He has served as a past board member and treasurer of HAWL.
