Incompetent and rude

The most incompetent law firm I have ever done business with. Not only did Peter not explain any of the documentation while closing on our house (while also refusing to make eye contact with me), but he also missed a few places my husband and I needed to sign, and demanded we take off from work to do it. Completely unacceptable.
