Paul Stern is an experienced intellectual property transactions attorney. Mr. Stern served in senior positions at the University of Florida and the University of Massachusetts offices of general counsel, concentrating on intellectual property, technology licensing, and research matters. Mr. Stern spent several years in private practice in Michigan working in technology transfer with small companies and university research consortia. He spent the early part of his career working with university scientists and administrators regarding the regulation of biotechnology and genetic engineering research.
