Patrick McLain

Patrick McLain's tough-minded straightforward approach to his work has proven to be invaluable in the courtroom as well as the negotiating table. Patrick is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Lee County Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. 

Patrick McLain was born in Phoenix, Arizona and was raised in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. McLain graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors in Science degree and a Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law. Mr. McLain's work history includes several national based construction companies where he held several executive level positions. Mr. McLain performed the executive functions as well as company representative in all legal disputes. 

Mr. McLain has represented clients from all walks of life with a variety of legal issues.
