Attorney Biography
Defense attorney Nathan Prince has experience representing individuals in the Tallahassee area that are facing criminal charges such as DUI, drug charges, white collar crime, and violent crimes. He understands the importance of an aggressive and proactive defense when seeking a favorable outcome to a criminal charge, and he prides himself on providing this for each and every client.
Before entering private practice as a defense lawyer, Prince served as a senior state prosecutor in the major crimes division of the State Attorney's Office. This gives him an insider's knowledge about the way that prosecutors handle cases, which he uses to help defend his clients. In addition, his legal experience includes working for Senator Marco Rubio and former Governor Jeb Bush's Office, as well as clerking in the US 7thCircuit Court of Appeals.
Before earning his law degree, Prince graduated cum laude from Olivet Nazarene University. He then received his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University's College of Law. He became license to practice in Florida courts, and has since become licensed in the Northern District of Florida's Federal Court. He puts his years of experience and knowledge of the system at his client's disposal as he works tirelessly to defend their rights and futures.
