Attorney Biography
Monica T. McWhite is dedicated to assisting individuals with their student loan debt. She primarily assists individuals who have defaulted on their federal student loan obligation and are currently facing Social Security Offsets, Administrative Wage Garnishments, and/or Tax Refund Offsets.
Monica McWhite also assists federal borrowers who are not in default. She provides repayment plan counseling and educates borrowers who seek to properly understand and manage the different types of federal student loans they currently hold.
Statutory discharge is a powerful remedy that is afforded to federal student loan borrowers. Monica McWhite assists eligible federal student loan borrowers with applying for and obtaining a statutory discharge.
