Attorney Biography
Born in Tampa, Florida, Michael graduated as Valedictorian of Northside Christian High School in St. Petersburg, Florida. He then attended Auburn University, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with honors. After receiving his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law in 2002, he was admitted to the Florida Bar. In September of 2002, he joined the law firm of Park, Ossian, and Zdravko, P.A. as an associate, becoming a named partner four years later. In 2012, Mr. Park received his Board Certification as a specialist in Appellate Practice. As of January of 2021, there are only 205 board-certified appellate attorneys in Florida out of over 100,000 lawyers.
Mr. Park has been admitted to practice before The United States District Court, The United States Circuit Court of Appeals, The Eleventh Circuit and has participated in memberships with the Florida Bar, the Florida Justice Association (formerly the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), and the Canakaris Inns of Court. He has spoken at several continuing legal education events and has been published in the Florida Bar’s Family Law magazine, The Commentator. In his free time, he volunteers as a little league baseball coach. Mr. Park’s practice includes all aspects of civil litigation with a concentration in the areas of appellate practice, family law, personal injury, probate litigation, and business litigation.
