About Michael H Fayard II

Attorney Biography

Getting you the best result in your case is my goal. I provide each client with professional, personal service while striving to expertly handle their case. I have a diverse range of legal experience, and I have successfully represented clients in both civil and criminal cases.

I am a former Assistant State Attorney in Florida. I have prosecuted and defended some of the most serious felonies with great results.

I separate myself from other lawyers in that I have successfully represented clients in jury trials in both civil and criminal cases (you can see some of my actual Results).

In addition to my jury trial experience, I have also successfully represented clients in thousands of contested court hearings, bench trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
