In March of 2015, I won the first ever Jury Trial in the state of Florida, convincing a jury my client had a legal justification to use Cannabis for medical reasons. With the passage of Amendment 2, I am currently representing clients in entering the emerging cannabis industry in Florida. I also continue to represent clients fighting for their right to choose cannabis as a safe effective medication.
