Attorney Biography
Meredith has been practicing law for nearly a decade. She grew up in Savannah, GA but now proudly calls Florida home. She graduated from Emory University in 2004 with her B.A. in Political Science and Spanish and University of Georgia School of Law in 2007 where she was the Founder and President of the Animal Legal Protection Organization ("ALPO"). After relocating to St. Petersburg in 2010 with her husband Andy and (at the time) 4 dogs, Meredith began working for the leading international Labor and Employment firm Ogletree Deakins. In 2013, Meredith left the firm to become an in-house attorney for a corporation handling their employment matters and corporate contract needs. Having worked for large and small firms and for a company as their corporate attorney, Meredith decided it was time to hang her own shingle in 2016.
Meredith, Andy, their son Noah and 2 dogs live in St. Petersburg and enjoy taking advantage of what they believe is the coolest city in the country. They enjoy boating, biking, going to the Saturday morning farmer's market and festivals, and Meredith loves crafts. When she is not mom-ing or lawyering, she is likely making jewelry or scrapbooking.
