Attorney Biography
Mary Claire Miller is an attorney at DMHD whose primary practice area is real estate law. She represents buyers and sellers in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions. Her primary focus is serving as Vice-President of Operations at HomeGuard Title & Trust, LLC, an affiliate of DMHD.
Ms. Miller has been admitted to the Florida Bar. Ms. Miller previously worked with Milam Howard Nicandri Dees & Gillam, P.A. prior to joining the firm in 2012.
Ms. Miller received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor degree , with honors, from Florida State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, Florida State University Law Review and Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law.
Ms. Miller's professional associations include the Northeast Florida Builders Association and Northeast Florida Association of Realtors. She is a member of the Florida Bar and Jacksonville Bar Association.
