Marjorie Gadarian Graham

For the past 40 years Marjorie Gadarian Graham, a beoard certified appellate lawyer, has represented hundreds of clients in all five Florida District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, and in the Federal Fifth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeals, as well as the United States Supreme Court. She has handled approximately 1,500 appellate cases, trials and other matters that have resulted in more than 500 written appellate opinions, many of which are landmark decisions. Additionally, she co-counsels with trial counsel in complex cases to provide legal support.
