Attorney Biography
Marisa E. Zarzeski is the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb's Pre-Suit Personal Injury Lawyer leading the Port St. Lucie office.
Ms. Zarzeski joined the Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb in the spring of 2020 as an associate attorney in the pre-litigation department, leading her team of paralegals and assistants in managing a large caseload of auto accident and premises negligence cases.
Her commitment to the firm and her clients is evident in her having uprooted her life in Tampa, Florida to move to Port St. Lucie and lead LOCG's new office serving the Treasure Coast.
Her primary concentration is building, negotiating, and settling personal injury claims on behalf of her clients. At her last firm, she earned nearly $4M worth of settlements on behalf of her clients in less than twelve months.
After graduating law school, Ms. Zarzeski fine-tuned her skills at a number of prominent plaintiff’s personal injury firms throughout the west coast of Florida, and even opened her own practice for a short time. Ultimately, the draw to join a bigger team and make a greater impact for her clients won her over, and she joined LOCG.
Ms. Zarzeski’s critical way of thinking combined with her straight-forward, no-nonsense approach to negotiation and problem-solving, make her an effective and zealous advocate for her clients and the preservation of their rights under the laws of Florida.
In her down time, Ms. Zarzeski immerses herself in the Port St. Lucie community by staying active with hobbies like fishing, cycling, and trail running. She currently coaches the U-14 co-ed Port St. Lucie Soccer Club recreation community team, The Hurricanes, and is active in her local PSL church.
