Margaret Hastings White-Small

Margaret H. White-Small, who has been practicing law in the State of Florida since 1987, practices exclusively in the area of appellate law and litigation support.  She worked as a senior/career staff attorney at the Second District Court of Appeal for 22 years.  In 2008, she opened her own solo appellate practice.  Ms. White-Small handles civil and criminal appeals and also provides litigation support for trial practitioners.
