Attorney Biography
I am proud to be a multi-generational Conch and to call Key West my lifelong home. After two decades away pursuing education and building my career, I returned to the Florida Keys to live and work in the community I love.
Growing up on the waters of Key West with my family instilled in me both a strong work ethic and a deep respect for our island community. I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and went on to graduate from Florida State University College of Law. For over 20 years, I practiced law in Tallahassee, where I founded and operated my own firm before returning home to establish LANASA LAW PLLC in Key West.
Today, as a real estate attorney in Key West and the Florida Keys, I focus my practice on protecting the rights of property owners, landlords, and property managers. I represent clients in a wide range of real property disputes, including:
Landlord–tenant law disputes
City and county code enforcement violations
Boundary and land use disputes
Real estate contracts and property disputes
Construction defect litigation
At LANASA LAW PLLC, my mission is to deliver personalized legal guidance and effective advocacy to property owners and real estate professionals in the Florida Keys. Whether you are navigating a complex property dispute or need proactive advice to protect your investments, I provide practical, results-driven solutions.
Outside of my law practice, I stay active in the community as a board member and youth inline hockey coach with the Southernmost Hockey Club.
If you are looking for a Key West property attorney who combines deep local roots with decades of legal experience, I welcome the opportunity to serve you.
