Attorney Biography
Attorney Lorri Lomnitzer is the founder and owner of The Lomnitzer Law Firm, P.A., which has law offices in Boca Raton, Miami and Pompano Beach, Florida, as well as Clarkrange, Tennessee. A nationally ranked trial and transactional lawyer with more than 13 years of total legal experience, Ms. Lomnitzer provides exceptional counsel and support to a diverse range of clients throughout South Florida and all across the country who have legal needs involving any of the following:
· Intellectual property, patents, trademarks and copyrights
· Entertainment and sports law
· Commercial litigation
Over the course of her legal career, Ms. Lomnitzer has assisted a variety of clients with obtaining what they need for their important ideas, inventions and artistic works, and she has extensive experience negotiating favorable publishing and recording artists agreements along with helping to enforce copyrights, royalty payments and other matters. She also handles licensing contracts and track purchase agreements for music compilations, and she has prosecuted a number of unauthorized CD and DVD duplications, trademark infringements, identity theft, eBay fraud, and more.

A 2005 graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, Ms. Lomnitzer obtained her Juris Doctor from Whittier College School of Law in 2007, and she also received her certificate in intellectual property law. She holds her license to practice in Florida and Tennessee, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th and Federal Circuits and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
Ms. Lomnitzer has written extensively and conducted many lectures and continuing legal education seminars on intellectual property law and other subjects, and she is an active member of The Florida Bar's Business Law and Entertainment and Sports Law Sections. She also accepted an appointment from The Florida Bar to serve on The Florida Bar Media and Communications Committee, and she is a member of the IP Symposium Steering Committee.
She is also an active member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Broward County Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, among her other professional affiliations.
