Ms. Wagner was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Political Science and Journalism at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and her Juris Doctor at Stetson University in Gulfport, Florida. Subsequently, she earned a Graduate Certificate in Health and Hospital law from Seton Hall School of Law.
Her hobbies include biking, martial arts, Ohio State football, and spending time with family.
