Attorney Biography
Lawrence Gierum focuses his practice on real estate law, with a particular emphasis on office, retail and warehouse leasing and commercial real estate transactions. He counsels both landlords and tenants in all aspects of owning and operating commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers and warehouses.
Mr. Gierum received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in political science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he was a member of the Buffalo Law Review.
Mr. Gierum is a member of the Florida Bar. He previously worked for Holland & Knight LLP (Jacksonville, Florida) before joining DMHD in 2007.
Mr. Gierum is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
