Attorney Biography
Ksenia A. Maiorova received her Juris Doctor degree from the Berkeley School of Law in 2007. She is the Managing Partner of Maiorova Law Group, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on immigration solutions for professional athletes and other sports industry professionals, as well as provides consulting services to attorneys. In 2018, she founded the Facebook group “Sports Immigration Lawyers,” a community of extraordinary ability practitioners dedicated to sharing knowledge regarding the unique issues that arise in sports immigration practice. With the support of the AILA Central Florida Chapter, she organized the nation’s first Sports Immigration Law Conference, which took place on March 8, 2019 in Orlando, FL. She has been featured as a subject matter expert in national and international media. Ksenia is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell, is rated Superb (10/10) by Avvo, and has been recognized as one of the Best Immigration Attorneys in Orlando by Expertise.com. In 2019, she received the Sports Immigration Champion Award, honoring her initiative, leadership and pursuit of excellence in sports immigration. She served as a member of the Board of Directors (2016-2018) and is the Chair of the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee and the Law Student Liaison Committee at AILA’s Central Florida Chapter.
