Attorney Biography
Kristian Oldham is a criminal defense attorney in Tallahassee, FL, and an associate attorney at Pumphrey Law.
He represents clients in state criminal defense matters, including the defense of those accused of misdemeanor and felony drug offenses as well as those accused of committing violent crimes.
Kristian Oldham graduated from The Florida State University College of Law with a Juris Doctor. Prior to attending law school, Kristian attended The Florida State University, where he graduated with a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Applied Economics.
Before joining Pumphrey Law, Kristian served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Seventeenth Circuit, where he prosecuted felony and misdemeanor cases in the Juvenile Division.
While in law school Kristian served as a Certified Legal Intern in the County Court Division of the State Attorney’s Office in the Second Circuit, and as a Certified Legal Intern for the College of Law’s Public Interest Law Center’s Family Law Clinic.
Kristian is also a Venezuelan native and fluent Spanish speaker, having grown up in Valencia, Venezuela.
