Kimberly E Lorenz

Ms. Lorenz is a Certified Circuit Court Mediator who settles case across a broad range of practice areas including personal injury, premises liability, negligent security, contract, insurance and property disputes and contested trust, probate and guardianship matters.  When not mediating, Ms. Lorenz handles court approval of minor settlements and exclusively litigates in connection with contested Trust, Probate and Guardianship matters.  Ms. Lorenz graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and has been consistently recognized as a Super Lawyer by her peers, having been selected to Rising Stars: 2010 - 2011, 2014 - 2020, and selected to Super Lawyers: 2021 - 2024
