Attorney Biography
Ms. Dillard focuses on real estate law, with particular emphasis on office, retail and warehouse leasing, commercial real estate transactions and banking law. She counsels both landlords and tenants in all aspects of owning and operating commercial office buildings, retail shopping centers and warehouses and various other commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Dillard received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, in biology from Washington and Lee University and a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida, where she was a member of the Florida Law Review.
Ms. Dillard is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the Jacksonville Bar Association.
