Attorney Biography
My name is Jerome L. Tepps and I am prepared to help you defend any foreclosure lawsuit. I also work with loan modifications, short sale negotiations, bankruptcy, tax problems, IRS negotiations, evictions, commercial litigation, and title insurance litigation. I have been an attorney for 30 years and served as a Broward County Magistrate for 12 years. Although I’ve practiced in many areas of the law, my primary focus is real estate litigation including defending homeowners against foreclosures. I am dealing with foreclosure litigation on a daily basis and have been dealing with real estate foreclosures and modifications on a regular basis over the past 15 years.
