I am proud to join an elite group of Board Certified International attorneys in Florida and am among the youngest attorneys to accomplish this feat. I lead my Firm's Customs and International Trade practice assisting clients with issues relating to the import and export of merchandise to and from the United States. My experience is with resolving regulatory issues involving Federal agencies including the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the Alcohol and Tobacco Trade and Tax Bureau (TTB) as well as other Federal agencies. I regularly assist clients in resolving CBP issues like seizure, penalty, and liquidated damages cases, prior disclosures, valuation and classification disputes as well as free trade agreement verifications.Specialties:
