Jennifer Lynn Zumarraga

Jnnifer Zumarraga is well-versed in a wide variety of labor and employment law issues and has been with the Sass Law Firm since 2005.  Her legal experience and excellent credentials make her a valuable asset.  With over 20 years of experience, she has become an integral part of the firm’s success and reputation.  Ms. Zumarraga is a staunch advocate of employee rights, and brings a unique and excellent set of skills to the table.  In addition to her keen mind, she possesses the rare ability to easily grasp convoluted scenarios and facts, and boil down complex legal issues.  These, along with her superb writing skills and compassion, make her indispensable in helping individual employees with their work-related claims.

After graduating magna cum laude from Florida State University College of Law in 2000, Ms. Zumarraga worked for a local firm on the management/defense side, thereby bringing a creative and practical perspective to pursuing the rights of employees.  Jennifer is a current member of the Labor and Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar, as well as the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association (Florida NELA).  She also made Lawdragon’s list of 500 Leading Plaintiff Employment & Civil Rights Lawyers.
