Attorney Biography
Based in Orlando, Florida, I focus on business civil, liquor and marijuana licensing as well as equity formation and structure for hospitality businesses in regards to all aspects of new corps and acquisitions. I have a particular focus on starting, licensing and maintaining regulatory compliance for Cannabis businesses looking to start in Florida.
Prior to attending law school I had already opened, operated and expanded several ongoing business concerns in Tampa and Orlando, FL. When I decided to pursue a law degree I chose my hometown law school: Florida Agriculture & Mechanical University School of Law, literally in my back yard. I served in student government for all four years and graduated cum laude, with an emphasis in Business and International Law. I studied abroad at Oxford University, New College for a certificate in Public International Law, gaining valuable insight and connections. Additionally, an avid lover of art and history I studied at the University of Siena in Siena, Italy for a certificate in Art & Cultural Heritage, again learning valuable issues and meeting accomplished and key international colleagues.
Upon completion of my J.D. and International Studies in law, I went to Boston University Law School to pursue a degree in International Business Law. I was in the first graduating class of this degree. I formed great friendships from some amazing individuals employed by prestigious law firms around the world. I am currently taking classes in Boston University's Tax Law LLM program.
