Attorney Biography
A two year career as a prosecutor at the Office of the State Attorney for the 15th judicial circuit allowed Jeffrey Vivo to make the courtroom his second home.
Mr. Vivo has tried 25 jury trials and handled thousands of cases, ranging from First-degree felonies punishable by life, to Second-degree misdemeanors. Mr. Vivo is graduate of Florida State University School of Law. During law school, Vivo participated as a Certified Legal Intern at the Public Interest Law Center, where he aided indigent clients in their Family Law matters.
Prior to law school, Vivo completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, where he was a member of the school's NCAA Division I swim team.
Vivo atteneded high school in Miami at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, where he was a two-time Florida High School state champion in swimming.
Born of Cuban descent, Vivo understands how immigration can affect the lives of many. Vivo spends his time off riding his road bike. Vivó is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the U.S. 11th Circuit.
