Paulk Graduated from Stetson University in 1995 Graduated with Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson College of Law with honors in 1998 Certified legal intern with the Hillsborough County State Attorney's Office Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1998 Graduated from Florida Prosecuting Attorney's DUI school & Advanced DUI School Felony Prosecutor 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County Served as State Attorney's Office liaison to Law Enforcement Admitted to the Federal Bar in 2001 Founding Partner of Thomas & Paulk, P.A. since 2001 Handled in excess of 4,500 criminal cases, 150 non-jury trials and over 35 jury trials.
