Attorney Biography
Mr. Gibbs focuses on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, contracts, venture capital and securities law.
Prior to joining DMHD, Mr. Gibbs worked for Nelson Mullins in Jacksonville, Florida, as a partner, as well as Fowler White Boggs, first as an associate then as a shareholder. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida followed by his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida.
Mr. Gibbs is a member of the Business Law Section and the Environmental, Energy, and Natural Resources Section of the American Bar Association.He is also a member of the Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association. Mr. Gibbs has been named as a Rising Star by Florida Super Lawyers and has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review rating by Martindale Hubbell.
