Attorney Biography
Welcome to the Law Office of James J. Wich, PA. I have been practicing law in Broward County for over four decades. My practice focuses on Estate Planning, which includes services such as drafting Wills, Trusts, Healthcare Surrogates, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills. Additionally, I handle Probate matters and Civil Litigation cases.I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1981 and my Juris Doctor from Nova University in 1984. I was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1984. In 1991, I gained admission to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and in 1995, I was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
