Licensed for 22 years, J Benton Stewart II is licensed to practice law in Florida, Washington D.C., U.S. Federal Courts, U.S. Veteran Courts and Canada. He is Board Certified Nationally in the Law Governing Lawyers and sits on numerous boards, including the American Inns of Courts Nation Lawyer Education and Ethics Board. He practices Legal Malpractice Nationally as well as other forms of professional negligence, Manufacturing Defect cases, Failure to Warn cases and Law Enforcement / Prison liability cases.
