Attorney Biography
Greg grew up immersed in a family business which supplied goods & services to restaurants and institutions throughout the Midwest. The youngest of three brothers, as an attorney Greg worked closely with his parents and siblings to design a succession plan for the business and an estate plan to maximize his parents’ financial legacy. It is a legacy which now will endure for years to come. It was the satisfaction from this experience, together with a natural passion for client service, that has led Greg to focus his practice on Estate Planning, so that clients may enjoy the peace of mind that comes from having their affairs in order, while leaving a secure legacy for their loved ones.
Greg Kabel has practiced law for over 25 years, focusing exclusively on the areas of Trusts and Estates, Probate, and Business Transactions. Trusts for Probate Avoidance, Estate Tax Planning, IRA Planning and Special Needs Planning are also invaluable tools in the right circumstances. To round out the practice, Greg counsels clients with their Small Business Planning needs and with Probate and Trust Administration Services.
