Attorney Biography
Grace de la Gueronniere is the founder of Gueronniere, P.A. Grace graduated cum laude from the University of Miami in 2009 and Vanderbilt University Law School in 2012. Grace has extensive civil litigation experience, including breach of contract litigations, fraud and misrepresentation, and complex business transactions. She regularly provides legal advice on due diligence and corporate transactions, and being from Wellington, Florida, the horse capital of the country, she also specializes in Equine Law. She has experience helping clients in equine breeding, liability, boarding, training, transportation, horse purchases and sales, leases, and the formation of Equine businesses. In addition, she also practices estate planning, with wills and trusts creation.
