MEDIATION AND ADR SERVICES
Gary Anton is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator (since 2006) and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law (since 2003). He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981 and is a member of the Dispute Resolution and the Labor and Employment Law Sections of the Florida Bar. He also served as an adjunct professor of Employment Law at the Florida State University College of Law from 2001 through 2011, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Anton currently limits his practice to mediating pre and post suit employment law and civil rights matters involving the private and public sectors, and resolving intra-company employment disputes. His law and mediation practice has encompassed all aspects of employment law, including wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims in state and federal courts, class actions, and accessibility claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act. He has mediated individual and multiple party disputes as well as collective actions under wage and hour laws.
Our accessible offices are conveniently located away from downtown with ample free close-in parking, and three comfortable conference rooms in a quiet and private area. We provide Wi-Fi, printing and copying, and hospitality accommodations to help make mediation participants as comfortable as possible.
