Attorney Biography
Practicing law for over 20 years, Ray Driver focuses on corporate law (including mergers and acquisitions), business, contracts, venture capital and securities law. He represents clients in business acquisitions, dispositions and mergers, as well as providing ongoing counseling regarding business formation, corporate governance, contract law and ancillary legal issues. He also counsels clients in obtaining capital through private placements, venture capital investments and other financing transactions.
Mr. Driver received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, cum laude, in accounting from the University of Montevallo, a Master of Accounting degree, with honors, from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the University of Florida.
Previously, Mr. Driver worked for Foley & Lardner LLP (Jacksonville, Florida), Thomas-Pierce & Company (Tallahassee, Florida) as general counsel and project manager and Holland & Knight LLP (Jacksonville, Florida) as a partner before forming DMP&H. He has been admitted to the Florida Bar.
