Frank practices primarily in sophisticated estate planning and administration, including wills; revocable and irrevocable trusts; special needs trusts; probate; estate, gift and generation-skipping taxation; probate litigation; planning for charitable contributions and charitable foundations; asset protection planning; marital agreements; and planning for distributions from IRAs and other qualified retirement plans.

Frank's experience also includes planning for closely-held businesses, including fomation, operations and planning for the dissolution or sale of all types of business entities. In business planning, Frank assists families in succession of ownership and control matters and the drafting and implementation of buy-sell agreements. Frank also counsels individuals concerning prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
