Frank practices primarily in sophisticated estate planning and administration, including wills; revocable and irrevocable trusts; special needs trusts; probate; estate, gift and generation-skipping taxation; probate litigation; planning for charitable contributions and charitable foundations; asset protection planning; marital agreements; and planning for distributions from IRAs and other qualified retirement plans.
Frank's experience also includes planning for closely-held businesses, including fomation, operations and planning for the dissolution or sale of all types of business entities.
