I have been in the business world for over 30 years and throughout my professional career have had to work with a variety of attorneys with different specialties and have been on both sides. I have never had the unpleasure of working with one where I am concerned about the intentions and motives of my own attorney. This is how I could summarize my relationship with Fausto A. Rosales of The Law Offices of Fausto A. Rosales. I hired Fausto A. Rosales for a collection case with client that had signed a contract for all services rendered. Working with Fausto A. Rosales was nothing but unprofessional and unethical since he's taken us on as clients. He rarely answered emails, stating to call him, and after multiple attempts we were told to text him and still never answered. It felt as if he was dodging our communication. On top of that when he did choose to reply there was never straight answers leaving us in the gray. When we paid him to take it to court, Fausto A. Rosales demonstrated nothing but greed with total disregard to our interest as his clients. Due to the time and hassle he caused, I decided to with draw the case and gave up attempt to collect or having the case pursued.
