Attorney Biography
EDWARD V. RICCI is a Palm Beach County native and a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Georgetown College, and The Benjamin School.
Since joining the firm in 2008, Mr. Ricci has successfully obtained significant settlements for his clients in a variety of cases. In addition, he has advocated for his clients at trial in complicated cases involving product defects, medical malpractice, automobile negligence, and premises liability.
Before attending law school, Mr. Ricci worked as an Auto Safety Policy Analyst at Public Citizen in Washington, DC, the nation’s oldest and largest non-profit consumer advocacy organization. While working at Public Citizen, he worked to strengthen Federal motor vehicle safety standards and other consumer protection laws. Mr. Ricci’s background in automobile crashworthiness enables him to assist the firm in prosecuting automobile product liability cases.
Mr. Ricci is admitted to practice in the northern, middle, and southern Federal District Courts in Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Palm Beach County Justice Association, Florida Justice Association, American Association for Justice, and Attorneys Information Exchange Group for Crashworthiness. Mr. Ricci is a pupilage team leader in the Craig S. Barnard American Inns of Court and is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association’s Judicial Relations Committee. He has moderated judicial panel discussions regarding "Jury Selection" and "Practice Tips for Nonjury Trials."
Mr. Ricci works to obtain justice for clients who have been harmed by careless drivers, defective products, and negligent health care providers.
