Diane Buerger

Diane Buerger is a criminal defense trial attorney -- and an appellate attorney with over 30 years of experience handling felony and misdemeanor criminal cases -- including burglary, theft, domestic violence, drug, traffic, and VOP charges.  Her practice includes related civil court cases such as protective injunctions -- and  traffic court cases.  She's a past president of the state-wide Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and of the Polk County Criminal Defense Lawyers.  She has argued appellate cases in several district court of appeals and the Florida Supreme Court.
