Attorney Biography
I am Board Certified in Civil Trial law, having first received Board Certification in 1991.
In 1995, my partner and I formed the firm together helping clients throughout Southwest Florida in personal injury and wrongful death matters for over 18 years.
I grew up in Chicago and attended the University of Wyoming, graduating with a degree in philosophy in 1973. I received my juris doctorate degree in law from Antioch School of Law in Washington, D.C. in 1977, and moved to Florida. In 1978, I joined the State Attorney's office for the 20th Judicial Circuit (Lee, Charlotte, Collier, Hendry and Glades counties) and prosecuted primarily felony crimes. I went into into private practice in 1983 concentrating on personal injury and wrongful death cases.
