Dale Marie Merrill

Attorney Dale Marie Merrill has been a licensed lawyer since 1998.    She practices in both State and Federal Courts in Massachusetts and Florida, handling both criminal defense trials, post-conviction cases, and appeals.  

She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell;  M.A. in English and American Studies from Boston College; C.S.S. in Management from Harvard; M.B.A in Strategy and Operations, and Marketing from Boston College; and a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.  

Prior to becoming and attorney, she worked in the software industry for over 20 years, and she finds this prior experience extremely useful in being able to defend clients, whose cases involve sophisticated technological issues.
