Attorney Biography
Ms. Mikos is Board Certified in Health Law and represents health care professionals and facilities throughout Florida in their relationships with governmental agencies, accrediting bodies, payers, and each other. Mikos assists health care providers to comply with federal and Florida regulations, to avoid and resolve disputes with regulatory agencies, to obtain and defend state licenses, and to structure business arrangements with other health care providers, vendors or third party payers. Chair of The Florida Bar Health Law Section and former President of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys, Ms. Mikos is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
