Christopher Nelson Ligori

Christopher Ligori has been practicing law since 1994 and is one of the few attorneys in Florida to have tried over 100 jury trials to verdict.He prides himself on aggressively litigating and pursuing his clients' claims, as well as treating all clients and their cases, regardless of the size of the case, with the same respect and diligence.

Mr. Ligori has routinely been asked and has given lectures to other lawyers across the State of Florida and in other states about a variety of legal issues. He considers it one of the highest honors an attorney can receive to be asked by his peers to speak before their colleagues and help educate them about legal issues and strategy.

In March 2012, Mr. Ligori spoke at the Work Horse Seminar, which deals with all areas of personal injury practice. The seminar is attended by hundreds of lawyers throughout the state and the speakers are some of the most respected and widely recognized experts in their field. Mr. Ligori was asked to speak regarding the complex issue of exculpatory causes, Florida’s child waiver statute and assumption of the risk defenses. He has extensive experience with these areas due to his practice in the numerous death cases and other serious injury cases he has handled and litigated.
